Metal
standing seam roofs have been popular in the U.S. since the Victorian
era, valued for their longevity. They
used to be made primarily of copper, zinc, or galvanized steel.
Today’s high-quality steel roofs last even longer than before
due to state-of-the-art paints and manufacturing processes. Your
new standing seam roof can easily last several lifetimes!
Standing seam steel is the choice of many homeowners
looking for a high-quality, beautiful, and functional
roof. We offer 31 colors to choose from - all Energy-Star rated!

- 24 gauge steel standing seam roofing is tough and
stands up well to wind and high snow loads, both
of which are issues in our area.
- We only use commercial grade 24 gauge, G90 galvanized
steel with a 70% concentration Kynar paint – the
best available.
- Kynar paint requires minimal maintenance - it can last 40 years without repainting!
- Kynar pigments fade the least of all roofing paints.
- Kynar colors have been proven to reduce summertime
air conditioning costs by up to 20%. This study was
undertaken by Energy Star, a division of the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA).
We offer two profiles:
1” Double Lock Seam
This design is more labor intensive but can be used on roof rakes
down to ½ / 12. That’s almost flat; this is the
only residential profile that can be used in this situation.
1” Click-Lock
This profile can only be used with roof rakes of 4/12 or higher.
It eliminates some of the hand work that is required with the double
lock seam – sometimes as much as one-third of the labor – and
we pass this savings on to you.

Copper and aluminimum standing seam are often used as accents or in detail areas.
We use the latest technology:
- Our portable roll-forming machine allows us to
form panels onsite, eliminating waste and costs associated
with factory production, shipping, and distribution.
You save money!
- Smaller roll-forming equipment simplifies the manufacture
of your trim and flashing.
- Our industrial slitting equipment enables us to buy and use larger 4’ x 10’ sheets
of metals, which are much less expensive than smaller,
cut ones.
- Our job-site trimming and notching equipment not
only increases quality and consistency but also cuts
labor by 20 percent on the average roof.
-
So you get a better product at a reasonable price.
